Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The top-floor room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and incredibly cute and comfortable. The shower head was fantastic. However, they were only using heat during this time of year, which could be a bit uncomfortable for some. The service was exceptional overall, with the staff being extremely helpful and pleasant, even pulling my car around at night for a very early check-out. The location was perfect as it allowed me to walk to wonderful eateries and explore charming neighborhoods behind the hotel. The dining experience was outstanding, especially with the kind man assisting guests. Although there were minor issues like being in a bad spot for valet parking, the overall value for money was great.
My stay at the hotel was overall great, with a perfect room and wonderful service, although the room was small for the price. The location was ideal for exploring the area, but there were some inconveniences with noise and homeless individuals around the hotel. The dining experience was outstanding, but some facilities were lacking.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, though slightly awkwardly laid out with lots of furniture, were gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and pleasantly scented. The friendly service, especially at the Rx Lounge, was welcoming and accommodating, but inconsistent in other areas like valet parking. The location was convenient, close to entertainment venues and the trendy Five Points district, but noise from nearby revelry and bright parking lot lights affected the room ambiance. The dining experience was good, with a variety of quality options, but some disturbances from the air conditioner. Overall, a stay with some notable positive and negative aspects.
